Should you run into problems with your scooter while on charter, please contact US right away so we can fix the problem for you
- No refunds or credit will be issued if no attempt to contact US is made
- Only operate the scooter while in the water. If operated out of water, the scooter will overheat
- Please rinse the scooter with fresh water after every use, and before returning the scooter to its carry case.
- Please do not place the scooter in the sand before placing it in its carry case. There will be a $50 cleaning charge if the scooter/case comes back covered in sand.
- The carry case has all of the charging cables and accessories needed for the scooter operation. Please keep the case closed to ensure the charging cable do not corode.
